Mac Book Pro or a Mac Book

Date January 8, 2008

I went to the Apple store the other day thinking about getting a new laptop. I cant afford it right now but I want to get an idea of how many years pay a new Mac Book Pro would set me back. There are plenty of options that is for sure. And it seems like the more I add to the “perfect laptop” the farther out of my reach I could see the new laptop going.

Now I don’t actually have to buy a Mac Book right now and I don’t think that I am going to today, however, getting to know your equipment before you buy it is important to me! I’m excited to think that I may be getting the new Dual Core Intel Mac Book Pro with all the bells and whistles and at the same time I am afraid to break it. If you have ever held a Mac Book in your hands you know what I am talking about! Those things are so light and seem like they would break if the wind blew to hard. Not the case though. The Mac Genius assured me that I wouldn’t have any problems if it fell or one of the kids stepped on it. What they are doing up on that table again I do not know!!!

So I’m fairly confident that I am getting a Mac Book sometime in the future. Anyone want to buy a really nice, barely used Dell?

The New iPhone

Date January 8, 2008

iPhone Say Hello to my little friend … is not so new anymore. I have had my iPhone for some time now and I’ve have got to say that I love it. My iPhone is the most amazing phone I have ever had. It does more than I expected but not as much as I had hoped for. In some ways it is lacking like no GPS but then again it has Google Maps, and no Video with the awesome camera but I bet it is coming soon!

One of the best things about the iPhone is that it is an all around phone. Emailing is very easy and yesterday I set up an email account that is connected to my Flickr account so I can email pics straight to my account and they show up right away. That was a pretty neat feature.

If you are thinking about getting an iPhone I highly recommend it. If you are not a fan of AT&T then you might check out some of the iPhones that have been unlocked. I already had AT&T so it was an easy transition since I was up for getting a new service plan anyway.

When you get your iPhone we would love to hear your story about what you use your iPhone for. Do you love it? Hate it? Want two or three or four .. one for each pocket? Let us know!

I came across AppleiPhoneSchool.com today. There are so many apps on there it's insane. What do you think about AppleiPhoneSchool.com?

Welcome and Hello

Date January 8, 2008

This is one of my new “iProjects” that I am getting ready to launch. I originally wanted to set this site up for users to come on and make themselves heard. So that is what I am going to do! In a little different way though.

I am going to use PodPress on here to set up what ever you want to say. At least that is the plan for now. I haven’t seen it in action yet. You can leave a comment using your fingers or your voice. Pretty neat right? Well we thought so!

So what is all the Apple stuff at the top ??? Well we are working on an affiliate program for this site as well as a few others. This one is obviously geared toward Apple Stuff so we hope that since you made it here that you are into Apple as much as we are. I am typing to you on my very own iMac G5 right now so … yeah!

So lets all have fun and look forward to the site being done in like a week or three!!
